Lesson 1 - Anh Bảo & anh Long reviewed MOTION homework.

Lesson 2 - DICTATION with anh Long. 

Anh Long slowly read 7 sentences from Bible Story #54. Students wrote what they heard. Anh Long then gave the students (this sheet) that he was reading from so they can correct their own work.

Lesson 3 - More INTERPRETER SCENARIOS.

Some students demonstrated how they did this last week with anh Long playing the part of the Vietnamese Lawyer/Doctor.

Lesson 4 - Chapter 6 of our NARRATIVE was reviewed. 

Students shared what they had translated & received (the next exciting chapter) for translation :o)

Lesson 5 – TIN TỨC TONGUE TWISTER.

Anh Long read (this tongue twister) first & then anh Bảo randomly selected students to read portions. Listen to the recording of this here.

Lesson 6 – FIND THE SCRIPTURE with anh Long. 

Anh Long mentioned various well known scriptures, the students raced to find the scripture first & then raised their hand when they found it. The student that was first to find the scripture then read it aloud to the class.

Lesson 7 – More TONGUE TWISTERS (UỐNG LƯỠI) with anh Long. 

Anh Long gave the students these (2 funny tongue twisters). Anh Long translated the tongue twisters & then read it to the class in Vietnamese. A few students took turns reading small portions to the class.

Lesson 8 – READING with anh Long.

1. Without practising, students read the last paragraph from story #105 to anh Long & he gave the students each a score out of 10.
2. The students then practised reading the same paragraph with some assistance from our helpers.
3. After about 10 minutes, the students returned to anh Long & re-read the same paragraph.
4. Anh Long gave the students individual commendation & told them how much their reading had improved with only 10 minutes of practise.
